Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy1. Payment Schedule & Deadlines
Advance Booking Amount: To secure your seat on any travel package, a partial advance payment ("Booking Amount") is required at checkout.
Final Balance Payment: The remaining full amount of the trip must be paid strictly at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the trip's scheduled start date.
Failure to Pay: If the final balance is not cleared at least 3 days prior to the trip, the booking will be automatically canceled. In this event, 0% of the Booking Amount will be refunded (complete forfeiture), and no Tripy Coupon Code will be issued.
2. Scenario A: Cancellation With Only "Booking Amount" Paid
If you have only paid the initial Booking Amount and choose to cancel your trip, your refund will be calculated based only on the Booking Amount paid, according to the following matrix:

3. Scenario B: Cancellation With "Full Trip Amount" Paid
If you have successfully paid 100% of the total package cost and initiate a cancellation, your refund will be processed in a split format: a percentage returned to your original payment source and a percentage issued as a TRIPY PACKAGE Coupon Code.

4. Tripy Coupon Code Terms (Platform Credit)
Issuance: Coupon codes are automatically generated and sent to your registered email address upon successful processing of a cancellation.
Validity: Coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Usage: The credit can be redeemed against any future travel package booked exclusively on the TRIPY PACKAGE ecosystem.
Restrictions: Coupon codes are non-transferable, linked directly to the registered email ID of the original booking, and cannot be exchanged or encashed.
5. General Refund Conditions
Platform Fees: Any platform convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and GST levied at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable.
Processing Time: Approved cash/bank refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Calculation Basis: The "Trip Start Date" is calculated based on the official check-in time or reporting time of the first day of your itinerary.
